Privacy

Most of this site is static HTML. There is no account system and no login. Still, a few paths collect something when you choose to leave it — and we would rather say that in plain language than hide it under a wall of legalese.

What we collect

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store the email you enter (and an optional name when the apply form includes one) through our subscribe API and Resend, so we can send the weekly build-in-public letter. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in each issue or by emailing us.

Apply form. When you apply for a free spot, the fields you submit (name, email, app URL, about text, newsletter-only checkbox) are used to contact you about the beta. The form also opens a mailto draft so you can send the same story from your own mail client if the API path fails.

First-party beacons. Pages load a small script that requests a path like /t/<page>/<utm_source>/<utm_campaign>/<referrer host> (and similar paths for click/submit events). It does not set cookies. We use those paths, plus Vercel CDN request logs, to see which pages get visits and which CTAs get clicks — without a paid analytics panel.

Hosting logs. Vercel keeps standard request logs (IP, user-agent, path, timing) as part of hosting. We use them for traffic reports and abuse filtering (for example, headless scanners).

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party ad pixels that we know of on this site. We do not invent a "Chief Privacy Officer" title for a two-person micro-business. Free browser tools (community finder, X search builder, launch post generator) run in your browser; we do not store what you type into those boxes on our servers.

How long and who sees it

Newsletter contacts stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Apply emails stay as long as we need them to run the free beta and follow up. Beacon path data and CDN logs are reviewed in aggregate for product decisions; we filter obvious bots before counting "engaged" visitors.

Processors involved today: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery for the newsletter). We may add or change processors; if something material changes, we will update this page.

Your asks

To unsubscribe, correct an email, or ask us to delete a contact record, write get100users@mail.grokbot.com with subject "Privacy". We will handle it as a small team can — honestly, and without a fake SLA.
